We honour your right to cancel an order under the distant selling regulations (2000). You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return the good's back to us. After the 14 days we cannot accept your item back.
You must notify us before hand to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost. We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method. 
Good's must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging, with tags still attached and any extra's that are included.  Any promotional item or free gifts that were sent as part of the order must be returned also.
Refunds will be processed once items have been received back and inspected. Once the refund is issued, you should expect this back into your account within 3-5 working days.

Orders placed during a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day. We use DPD two day and next day service. Once your parcel is under the management of DPD, we cannot be held liable as our responsibilities have been fulfilled. Proof of postage will be shown on your order notifications.

To order your balloons, simply choose your nearest store below and when you would like to collect your balloons.

Place your order before 3pm online to guarantee next day click and collect.

Choose which balloons you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.

During checkout, once you have entered your details, you will be able to choose your nearest branch of Zo and Co to collect your balloons.

Please choose your time slot and you will then receive your order confirmation.

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on any of our products.

We ship from within the UK. We aim to get all items purchased before their cut off time sent out the same working day.
