Returns Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on any of our products.

We ship from within the UK. We aim to get all items purchased before their cut off time sent out the same working day.

Orders placed during a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day. We use a royal mail tracked and signed for service. Once your parcel is under the management of royal mail, we cannot be held liable as our responsibilities have been fulfilled. Proof of postage will be shown on your order notifications.

If you have checked your order and still believe items to be missing, faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team at sales@zoandco.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, providing your order or delivery number along with any images of the damages and we will try to resolve this for you.
