What shipping methods are available?
Zo and Co pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service online, just as we do in our stores. If you need any further questions answered in regards to your order or delivery please don't hesitate to contact our team on sales@zoandco.co.uk

If you wish to click and collect your order from one of our stores, please choose whether you would like to collect from Cheadle, Didsbury, Knutsford or Marple and choose your timeslot. Alternatively, you can choose one of our shipping methods below.

Standard Delivery - £5.99
Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail's '48' tracked service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of despatch.

We aim to despatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.

Premium Delivery - £6.99
Orders placed using Premium Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail's Tracked '24' service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1-3 working days of despatch.

We aim to despatch all Premium Delivery orders the same working day, or failing that the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.
How do I click and collect?
We offer a complimentary Click & Collect service, you can place your order up until 2pm and collect it the next day from your chosen Zo and Co store. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation email with you either printed or displayed on your phone.
How do I place an order?

  2. 2. Click on the add to card/ buy now button
  3. 3. Repeat for all of the items you would like to order, then click the Checkout button
  4. 4. Decide whether you would like to click and collect or have your items shipped
  5. 5. Follow the instructions on-screen to select how you would like to receive your order and pay if necessary
What payment methods are accepted?

You can be assured that shopping with Zo and Co is safe We’re a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at the moment. The team at Zo and Co are constantly trying to improve, so international shipping is something we are working towards in the future.
Is buying online safe?
Yes, it is extremely safe for you to place an order online with Zo and Co and your credit/debit card details will always be completely safe and secure. The payment pages we use are completely secure and are hosted by stripe. Payment security is a priority for Stripe. This is evident through the various measures it uses to protect card information. Here are some of those security measures, which should put your mind at ease:

PCI Service Provider Level 1 Certification - The highest level of certification in the payments industry

Encrypted Data and Communication - The service uses PGP keys for safe communication.

Money Transmitter Licenses - Stripe complies with legal regulations for payment platforms.
 What if I receive a damaged or broken item?
Our fulfilment department are trained to the highest standard and we always ensure that we use plenty of packaging to avoid any damages or breakages. There may be a very rare occasion when an item is damaged or broken on delivery. If you receive an item that is not satisfactory please contact our customer service team at sales@zoandco.co.uk with your order details and we will do everything possible to resolve the matter. In your email, please provide photographs of the damaged or broken items.
