What shipping methods are available?
Zo and Co pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service online, just as we do in our stores. If you need any further questions answered in regards to your order or delivery please don't hesitate to contact our team on customerservice@zoandco.co.uk
If you wish to click and collect your order from one of our stores, please choose whether you would like to collect from Cheadle, Didsbury, Knutsford or Marple and choose your timeslot. Click and collect is only available from our Cheadle store during Decemeber. Alternatively, you can choose one of our shipping methods below.

Please be advised orders are collected at 3pm by DPD on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your order is after 3pm on a collection day it will be picked up on the next slot.
Standard Delivery - £5.99
Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent using DPD. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-3 working days of despatch.
We aim to despatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.
Premium Delivery - £6.99
Orders placed using Premium Delivery to UK addresses are sent using DPD next day delivery. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1-2 working days of despatch.
Orders over £45 will receive free UK shipping. However if using a discount code orders must be over £100 to receive free shipping.
We aim to despatch all Premium Delivery orders the same working day, or failing that the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.

How do I click and collect?
We offer a complimentary Click & Collect service, you can place your order up until 2pm and collect it the next day from your chosen Zo and Co store. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation email with you either printed or displayed on your phone.
How do I place an order?
- 1. Select your item
- 2. Click on the add to card/ buy now button
- 3. Repeat for all of the items you would like to order, then click the Checkout button
- 4. Decide whether you would like to click and collect or have your items shipped
- 5. Follow the instructions on-screen to select how you would like to receive your order and pay if necessary
How does your Loyalty Scheme work?
Our loyalty scheme is to reward our customers with ten points for every pound spent, once you have 1000 points you will receive a £10 off coupon to use on our website.
Please note that you are not eligible to collect points when redeeming a discount code.

What if I receive a damaged or broken item?
Our fulfilment department are trained to the highest standard and we always ensure that we use plenty of packaging to avoid any damages or breakages. There may be a very rare occasion when an item is damaged or broken on delivery. If you receive an item that is not satisfactory please contact our customer service team at customerservice@zoandco.co.uk with your order details and we will do everything possible to resolve the matter. In your email, please provide photographs of the damaged or broken items.
How can I cancel / change my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit orders so please ensure all details are checked correctly at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We can advise to refuse the delivery where your package will be returned to sender and a refund will be processed.
