We honour your right to cancel an order under the distant selling regulations (2000).

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return the good's back to us. After the 14 days we cannot accept your item back.

You must notify us before hand and within 14 days to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. We will send you a returns form that must be filled in and packed in your return parcel. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost.

We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method. If you receive a damaged or faulty product you must let us know within 30 days. We will require pictures and a description of what is wrong with the product.

Good's must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging, with tags still attached and any extra's that are included.  Any promotional item or free gifts that were sent as part of the order must be returned also.

Please also note, we do not refund gift wrapping charges if your gift is unwanted or if you have changed your mind.

We are unable to offer a return on any of our food goods.

Refunds will be processed once items have been received back and inspected. Once the refund is issued, you should expect this back into your account within 3-5 working days.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit orders so please ensure all details are checked correctly at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We can advise to refuse the delivery where your package will be returned to sender and a refund will be processed.

Orders placed during a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day. We use DPD two day and next day service. Once your parcel is under the management of DPD, we cannot be held liable as our responsibilities have been fulfilled. Proof of postage will be shown on your order notifications.

If you have checked your order and still believe items to be missing, faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@zoandco.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, providing your order or delivery number along with any images of the damages and we will try to resolve this for you.

Description

Each beautiful card uses 100% recycled board, it is printed and cold foiled and then hand finished with gems. Recycled grey envelopes and compostable bags.

Shipping

Standard Delivery - £5.99
Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using DPD. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-3 working days of despatch.

We aim to despatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.

Premium Delivery - £6.99
Orders placed using Premium Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using DPDs next day service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1-2 working days of despatch.

We aim to despatch all Premium Delivery orders the same working day, or failing that the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on any of our products. This is due to the number of Fake Jellycats we have had returned.

We ship from within the UK. We aim to get all items purchased before their cut off time sent out the same working day.
