We honour your right to cancel an order under the distant selling regulations (2000). You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return the good's back to us. After the 14 days we cannot accept your item back.
You must notify us before hand to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost. We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method.
Good's must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging, with tags still attached and any extra's that are included. Any promotional item or free gifts that were sent as part of the order must be returned also.
Refunds will be processed once items have been received back and inspected. Once the refund is issued, you should expect this back into your account within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on any of our products. This is due to the number of Fake Jellycats we have had returned.
We ship from within the UK. We aim to get all items purchased before their cut off time sent out the same working day.
