Please note our store and online return policies are different.
In store we are unable to offer a refund on any of our products but can exchange for a full credit note that is valid for 6 months.
Online we honour your right to cancel an order under the distant selling regulations (2000).
You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return the good's back to us. After the 14 days we cannot accept your item back.
We do not accept returns on food, reduced or seasonal products.
Please email customerservice@zoandco.co.uk to request a returns slip. You must notify us before hand and within 14 days to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. We will send you a returns form that must be filled in and packed in your return parcel. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost.
We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method. If you receive a damaged or faulty product you must let us know within 30 days. We will require pictures and a description of what is wrong with the product.
Good's must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging, with tags still attached and any extra's that are included. Any promotional item or free gifts that were sent as part of the order must be returned also.
Please note that you will not be refunded your shipping cost if your item is returned back to us. This also applies if you return items back and your order no longer qualifies for free shipping.
Please also note, we do not refund gift wrapping charges if your gift is unwanted or if you have changed your mind.
We are unable to offer a return on any of our food goods.
Refunds will be processed once items have been received back and inspected. Once the refund is issued, you should expect this back into your account within 3-5 working days.

Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using DPD. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1-3 working days of despatch.
We aim to despatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.
