- Seville Orange – Inspired by the orange blossom of Seville. A combination of orange and caramel encased in dark chocolate
- Hazelnut Milano – A layered centre of cocoa and hazelnut, covered in dark chocolate and sprinkled with delicate cocoa shavings
- Salted Butterscotch Panna Cotta – A layered centre of salted butterscotch caramel and smooth white chocolate ganache, encased in milk and dark chocolate and sprinkled with butterscotch pieces
