Once your parcel is under the management of royal mail, we cannot be held liable as our responsibilities have been fulfilled. Proof of postage will be shown on your order notifications.

Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail's '48' tracked service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of despatch.

Premium Delivery - £6.99
Orders placed using Premium Delivery to UK addresses are sent either using Royal Mail's Tracked '24' service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 1-3 working days of despatch.
We aim to despatch all Premium Delivery orders the same working day, or failing that the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched with tracking details.
